Main hose coupling for locomotive and rolling stock

The main hose coupling assembly installed on the railway passenger car is a pipe connecting the main air pipes of adjacent passenger cars and vehicles, and can not hinder the smooth flow of pressure air when the train passes through the curve or each vehicle expands and contracts with each other.

 

The rubber hose of the main air hose, also known as metal rubber hose, is made of steel wire and rubber vulcanization. Main air hose assembly and brake hose assembly installed on vehicles with tight coupling.

 

The main hose coupling is mainly composed of nipple, hose clip,steel braided rubber hose, transition joint, brake coupling head, sealing washer.

 

On dual pipe vehicles, the brake hose assembly and the main air hose assembly are set at the upper part of the air brake hose and the lower part of the main air hose.
